National Billiards resumed in 1946 following no tournaments during WW2.
Bob Marshall continued his winning run with titles in 1946-1948-1949.
Victorian Tom Cleary won in 1947 getting the better of Marshall by averaging 35.5 per stick. Cleary was runner up in 1948-49.
Jack Harris (South Australia) in 1946 and Arthur Bull (New South Wales) in 1947 were runners up to Marshall
